Programme Fee

Should notification of withdrawal come

• before the DS-2019 form is issued, a cancellation fee of RM 600 will apply
• after the DS-2019 form is issued but before visa interview, a cancellation fee of RM 900 will apply
• after both the DS-2019 form and visa are approved, a cancellation fee of RM 1500 will apply

The balance of any additional fee already paid will be refunded.

Visa Application Fee

There will be no refund of the visa application fee charged by the US embassy even if the application is refused. Once visa fee is paid, there is no refund even if you do not attend the interview. However, you could apply for any US visa within the year with that receipt.

Visa Rejection

In the event the US Embassy rejects a visa application, a cancellation fee of RM 600 will apply. The balance of any additional fee already paid will be refunded.
