Costs
Programme Fee
The fee for Work & Travel USA is RM 2,950.
The fee includes:
- obtaining the required legal document for the programme (DS-2019 form)
- assistance in visa application which includes preparing visa documents, scheduling visa interview and guidance through the process
- job placement and contract confirmation
- a pre-departure orientation
- assistance services including 24 hour emergency support for the duration of the programme (through sponsors)
- comprehensive medical insurance
- SEVIS fee*
The fee is payable as follows:

Visa fee and Air Tickets
The fee does not include the following:
- visa fee and visa scheduling fee charged by the US embassy and VFS (RM 472)
- flights to the USA (approx RM 4,000-5,500)
Other money to prepare
- minimum of USD 500 (appx RM 1700) on arrival in the USA to cover initial expenses
